Villa Gaea is a place where guests find privacy, relaxation, pleasure and enjoyment.. Its verandas, terraces, private pool, and garden areas, pose a superb accommodation space for your holidays and for hosting events. The Villa is ideally located on the southeastern coast of Karpathos, in a close distance from the heart of town. Villa Gaea offers a unique panoramic sea view and its position enjoys sunset views over the mountains daily, while the lack of ambient light creates a stargazers' paradise every night. Built on a 2-acre estate, between the sea and the mountains. The estate is situated directly on the secluded pine-covered hills overlooking the main town, nestled amid Rosemary and Lavender shrubs, and covered with Cypress, Palm, Olive and Eucalyptus trees. The Villa’s ample and welcoming outdoor living areas invite you to savour the positive vibrations of nature in the Greek Isles. We provide accommodations for guests in 6 spacious luxury bedrooms. All the Villa´s bedrooms are open to large verandas with privileged views. They have been carefully designed to be comfortable, with personality to ensure our guests have everything they need during their stay. Along with all the amenities provided during your stay, you will also find the 100 Egyptian cotton linens and towels to be beautifully soft and luxurious. The average temperature during summer months can vary anywhere between 25 degrees celsius at night and 35 degrees celsius during the day, and the average temperature during the winter months can vary anywhere between 12 degrees celsius at night and 22 degrees celsius during the day.
