The New Tantra is not your typical tantric school. We bring together individuals who are curious about tantra and want to awaken their sexual and spiritual potential. We offer a range of workshops and online courses that attract a wide and diverse audience in several countries. Our main base is in The Netherlands. With a distinct no-nonsense rock'n'roll approach, we combine hands-on exercises, educational theory, parties, music, DJs, ancient and modern rituals and BDSM practices, to name a few. TNT aims to develop a modern sexuality that abolishes ego inflation, greediness, disrespect and manipulation. This reminds of the celibacy and abstinence practices that are central to many religious and spiritual paths, but without the guilt, obsession and shame that always come with sexual repression. Such practices go far beyond sexuality and stimulate the development of creativity, flow, connection and purpose throughout life. The New Tantra was founded in 2010 by tantric sexologist Alexa Vartman. Since 2017, it’s run by the TNT team in The Netherlands.

Level 1 and 2 workshops
Level 1 and 2 were mind blowing and changed our life: a new way of sexuality, more joy, non cumming and spicing our long term relationship. It opened also our relationship for sexual encounters with others, resulting in boosting the sexual energy in the relationship. And not only sexuality, it is a way to make huge steps in your personal growth. We did level 1 and 2 separately, which was a good decision. Feeling more free and only responsible for ourself, no need to take care of your partner. We are grateful to the TNT team for their valuable and juicy teachings. They have a lot of knowledge about sexuality. Highly recommendable!

Ik heb in maart 2024 level 1 en 2 van TNT gedaan het was super om hier aan mee te doen. In een fijne groep en hele goede begeleiding zijn we 6 dagen bezig geweest. Heel veel van geleerd en hele leuke mensen ontmoet. Een absolute aanrader!!
