The Going Place (TGP) is a lifestyle/swingers club that opened in Wilmington in July 2016 and is the areas only on premise club. We have a friendly, fun, zero-pressure atmosphere in a super-discreet location, 4536 Technology Dr., Suite 4, Wilmington, NC 28405, where we hold BYOB parties every weekend. The BYOB is beer and wine only and all bags will be searched upon entry. It is a place to meet, mingle, dance, drink, and play, if so desired. Its open to anyone with an open mind, from newbie to veteran, you dont have to be experienced in the lifestyle at all. There are many that come to TGP to just experience the energy and the freedom to enjoy themselves in a no pressure, no judgment atmosphere among like-minded people. Even if you and your significant other just want to get a sitter and have somewhere to spend some one-on-one time together, without the hassle of the crowds and drunks at bars or searching for parking downtown, this is the place. We are your one-stop date night destination. You bring your beer/wine and we provide the music, dancing, sodas, water, hors doeuvres and 7500 square feet of fun including a huge dancing/social area and12 themed spaces for you to enjoy. Had a great time here but wish that I could have stayed longer....this is truely a non judgmental place....unlike so many others that discriminate against single guys not to mention the other diversities.....thank you....
