Silver Chain Social Club™ is an independently organized brand revival, first opened its doors in 1974, now 52 years later carrying that inspiration forward through a modern, independently operated private membership community centered on discretion, compatibility, trust, and carefully curated connections. The name is associated with a distinctive chapter of Minnesota's social history, and historical materials relating to the original Silver Chain are preserved by the Minnesota Historical Society, ensuring that this distinctive chapter remains part of the state's historical record. Silver Chain's presence on SDC represents only a very small portion of our broader membership and event activity. Attendance displayed on SDC therefore does not represent total participation across Silver Chain Social Club™ events and experiences throughout the United States. The organization currently operates in 11 states, with chapter maturity, membership availability, services, and event schedules varying by market. Our membership model centers on thoughtfully considered introductions between compatible couples and singles, including couples-to-couples, single women-to-compatible single men, and single men-to-compatible single women and couples. Safety and Background Screening To protect the safety, privacy, and trust of our members, Silver Chain conducts national and, when applicable, international criminal background checks, including screening against the Dru Sjodin National Sex Offender Public Registry. Every prospective member undergoes a phone interview, criminal background screening, and sex offender registry screening as part of our selection process. International background checks apply to applicants residing outside the United States or with documented international travel/event history within Silver Chain's network. Guests attending private Silver Chain experiences may also be subject to appropriate screening and confidentiality requirements. Automatic Disqualifiers: Any felony conviction Any misdemeanor involving violence, assault, theft, fraud, or dishonesty Any sex offense, regardless of when it occurred Every application is individually reviewed. Acceptance is not guaranteed. Our screening process exists to protect the privacy, safety, and trust of the community. It is a standard applied consistently to every applicant, not a judgment of anyone's consensual lifestyle interests or personal preferences. If you are unwilling to participate in our screening and selection process, Silver Chain is not the right community for you. All approved members are required to sign a lifetime Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) protecting the privacy, identity, and personal information of fellow members.
