Historical, exclusive 250sqm property for Art Lovers, with 4 bedrooms,4 bathrooms, spacious living room, dining area, modern kitchen, and the stunning top-floor terrace, with fabulous view over Roman roofs and the amazing Palazzo De Ricci(XVII Century). This incredible mansion is in demand, so timely booking is important to live the Real Roman experience! The House is fully furnished and ready for your stay. You have the opportunity to live like a Nobiliar Roman of the XVII century, yet with the modern comforts. Enjoy nice Italian wines in the top-floor terrace overlooking the stunning Piazza de Ricci. Have a cup of coffee in the living room while admiring the beautiful Art pieces in there. The entire house will be exclusive to your for your stay, so no shared spaces. Important! Please read carefully this section before booking, as it is required to accept all these conditions in order to stay in our Apartment. No Parties, No Smoking. It's extremely important to provide a valid document for each guest upon check-in as we are required by law to have a copy of your passport. Without it, we cannot accommodate you. Don't expect a modern setting. Part of the charm of this unique Mansion are the authentic pieces of History, so we ask our guests to be extremely careful with all the interiors, especially the old chairs, tables, pictures, and decorations. In order to avoid any possible problem and to assign correctly the responsibility in case of damages to the old furniture, pictures, ancient books and decorations, the house is provided with small cams to check them, just in the entrance and in the living room (of course there are no cams in the bedrooms or bathrooms). Please let us know, for your safety, if there are guests over 95 kg as the the historical chairs are very delicate and cannot carry weight in excess. Late check-ins after 9 pm are possible for an extra fee of euro 30 to be paid by cash upon arrival. Late check-ins after Midnight are possible for an extra fee of euro 50 to be paid by cash upon arrival. Please note that A/C is available in the 3 bedrooms only. Please note that the fridge is small, in case you have a monthly stay we can provide to change it. Please note that the building is recognized as a historical piece by the Municipality of Rome. Therefore, the terrace can't be used by too many people at the same time (maximum 4 people)! The area is in the midst of Roman life, so it can be noisy around you at times. With booking our accommodation you that you are aware of these conditions, and that you approve of them.
