Swinging Lifestyle Coach Hi - I'm Lauren Hayes. I am a non-monogamous relationship mentor and coach, here to help you navigate the sometimes tricky waters we find ourselves in. I like to call my work "serious fun" - we have to take our relationships seriously and keep them as healthy as possible in order to go out and have the fun that we do. I offer personal / couples coaching and paid and free workshops (my group, Swinging Lifestyle Coach, is a great place to stay abreast of these events). I am both CTI Life Coach trained and I completed Gottman Level 1 training. Here is maybe the most important thing: I have done the work. I have been married to my husband for 19 years, over 6 years of it in lifestyle working through the fears, the insecurities and the "I'm not enough." I understand relationships AND I understand lifestyle dynamics. The payoff is connection, amazing sexual experiences, mind-blowing fun and a relationship with your partner that you didn't know was possible. Whether it's coaching, workshops or my How to Start Swinging Course, I can't wait to work with you. Our story of how we started: One day my husband turned to me and said, “I think there is something more.” Neither one of us knew what he meant by this exactly, (I was particularly confused and upset) but through lots of conversations, online research, books and articles, we found it. We are so glad we did. We had all of the same questions and concerns in the beginning that most people have. It seemed exciting, but also complicated and it was scary because there were so many unknowns. Mostly, we didn’t want to mess up what we already had, which we both felt was a great marriage. Now I love helping others navigate this world. We have been enjoying lifestyle and have considered ourselves “monogamish” for over six years. I've watched a number of Lauren's webinars, and bought and read her book as well as some other books she recommended. Now my wife is reading her book, and the ship is slowly turning. Thank you Lauren for sharing your experiences.
