Our home is a raised bungalow with a fully renovated turn-key, lower level, mostly above ground and bright, with it's own separate entrance, 2 bedrooms (King Suite, 2nd with double sized bunk beds for 4 friendly adults -)), and a queen pull out couch. Full kitchen with everything you need. Towels, sheets, etc. all in, turnkey and start the party! You can reach us at our other sdc profile hotdesire33. We're steps from the water and a more private neighbourhood stoney beach (Kayaks available to rent), a private hot tub, access to Resort pools/ hot tubs/ gym, sauna, discounts on meals, golfing. We’re a 10 minute drive to the Blue Mountain Village, Scandinave Spa, 20 minute walk to downtown Collingwood, 15 minute drive to Wasaga beach, 25 minute bike ride to Craigleith Beach. We’re steps from the trails. A great location where you can enjoy more than just lifestyle fun. We're offering experience packages to take people out on our boat to swim naked +++ -) off shore, boat to Wasaga, and have some playtime on a boat! Winery, distillery, cidery tours, mountain trail hikes +++ Rates Off Peak Weekday $150/N. $75 cleaning fee Weekend $200 + CF. 2 night min.
