instead. Only invited guest are welcome .


NO MEANS NO . Anyone being intrusive can not remain at the party . NO
disorderly, rude or obnoxious conduct will be allowed . Remember , at
anytime , anywhere ,a "No Thank you." is well accepted.


Please watch your alcohol intake. Unruly or DRUNKEN BEHAVIOR WILL NOT BE
TOLERATED.Social drinking is fine . No one wants to be by around a sloppy
drunk. ( Come on , you want to remember the fun you had. )


Bring your own bottle ( B.Y.O.B.) set ups are provided.


You must be invited , RSVP and be on the list to attend!!!!
NO audio tapes, video or cameras, allowed.


NO DRUGS of any kind are permitted on the premises!! Anyone found using or
having drugs will be PERMANENTLY excluded from the parties.


NO type of business venture or selling is allowed. That means, NO
prostitution allowed or anything illegal.


Any disagreement and you should leave for everyones sake . Have your
rules set between yourselves and stick to them . Arguing will cause you
NOT to be invited back.


NO one is obligated to participate in any activities!!!


NO food , drinks , or smoking allowed in the bedrooms ! Smoking is
allowed in designated areas only.


Cleanliness is a must. The bathrooms are stocked with your hygienic needs.


Dress is Wild to Mild or just casual whatever your comfortable in .You may find it more comfortable as the
evening continues if you bring a robe,neligee or other slip-ons.

The Lagniappe Chateau is by far my favorite place ever, anywhere. There, & only there, I have indulged in fantasies, met the greatest friends, & finally learned to relax.

The "Little Something Extra House" is definitely as it's name portrays. Nowhere else can you find what they offer in their little corner of heaven.

With such a relaxed, no-pressure environment, even newbies are comfortable. Those who NEVER thought they could play nekked volleyball, have dropped their inhibitions (as well as their clothing) & enjoyed the game.

The friendships made there are almost indescribable. It would be safe to say that the friends I have made there are lifelong.

I would encourage anyone interested in attending a party for the first time, START HERE!! You will not meet a more respectful group of people anywhere else. I have been to other lifestyle houses & clubs & always find myself wishing I was back HOME at the chateau.

We met the friendliest people during our weekend there. This place is the ultimate in laid-back atmosphere. If you don't have a good time in this place; then you cannot be pleased!!

They have done so many new things it is awesome to be there and see them all. You can tell that the people who host are really in the lifestyle and love lifestyle couples. We have traveled all over the U.S. to party houses and I can honestly say this is a premier house that seems to be getting better and better every time we return. Cant wait to go back and party again and again and again!!!!!!!!!

Two things make a swing club what it is. The management and the cliental. The couple who own and operate this club or both classy and down to earth. The people whom requent this club come from all walks of life, however when they walk through the doors everyone are treated as equals. We have been to this club several times over the past year and enjoyed ourselves tremendously. Coolwater

The Lagniappe Chateau is THE ultimate place to experience your personal dreamworld. Only at the Chateau have I been able to experience every fetish and fantasy of my private dreams to their fullest. At the Chateau I am able to perform on stage as an exotic dancer, lounge in one of the several hot tubs, or play in one of the theme rooms. I can be a voyeur, or an exhibitionist, or I can be completely in privacy. The Chateau is second to none when compared with other on premise sites - one I encourage everyone to check out for dreams to become reality!
