Do yourself a favor. Check out the house. For a place that's a little over a year old, it's incredible! Rick has a lot of good ideas and he is working hard (by himself) to create the classiest parties around. As he likes to say... it's a dignified place to be undignified.

I've been to a few spots in central fl. and by far I have had the most comfortable, pleasing and forfilling moments at this spot.. beautiful people and beautiful environment.. now u can't stop me from showing up several times a month... ladies and gentlemen this is the spot! Love ya Rick

husband and i found the house to be alot of fun. we attended fantasy friday but we were disapointed that the host/owner (rick) did not even know my fantasy nor was there any organized attempt to fullfill it. A GREAT concept but lacks follow thru. Otherwise the people were nice and the place was classy and clean. We are a hot looking couple in our 40's.

Anyone who thinks the house is a 50+ place is mistaken. The house is the best place in central Florida. Hands down. Super clean and super nice crowd.

Nice, clean club. Private home. Lots of towels & washcloths available. Friendly people. Music was nicely kept in the background throughout the club, though you can go outside to the patio where the music is louder. Swingers be warned: this club is more for the 50+ crowd. I've read reviews about this club that say otherwise regarding the age of the people, but that was not the case when I and my husband were there last Sat night! We were disappointed as we are quite a bit younger than the average swinger there! But, if this age group is what you're looking for, then you will enjoy this club.

We checked out The House for the first time last week. What a nice place! Great little party about 15 couples and a few single guys. Where do they find the women?!? The hostess looks like a Barbie Doll.

We had an interesting night there but wanted to express our concerns.

1-. hostess is very attractive. She look just like Kim Basinger. "A+".

2.- Your house is very nice and spacious.
3.- You house is extremely clean. "A+"
4.- Sibian is great.

5.- People attending. Another couple mention they were about to leave until we arrived.

6.- You control BBW but also need to control BBM.

7.- The age range to mention to us on the phone was way much older.

8.- Personally I would consider NO donations or discount to attractive couples because this will be "The Houses" eye candy and will be the reason for the others guests to talk about and return. From your phone conversation we understood we would see eye candy. Besides your wife and one couple we didn't see anyone else.

9.- The dress code... No T-shirts & sneakers should be allowed.

We are a loving couple who are new to the swinger life style and really wanted to check out the situation. We have heard horror stories about some clubs and other onsite play facilities. The Orlando House was awsome from the time we got there till we left "great people". It is a very relaxing open clean enviroment with the host and hostest making you feel like old friends from the time you enter... We went on a Friday and had a blast and registered to come back again on Saturday night... Not to many people there on Friday but a ton of lovley couples were there on satuday night... The owners keep single guys down to 3-6 and explain the rules to them right off the bat. I would suggest trying this place out it's worth it....
