NOT A DIVA...but trust me I do get all the attention when I go there. We did not get rejected either. I am not saying we didn't have a good time. We go there every now and again...just saying...it's not my place and it does seem to be white trash bash every weekend. Sorry my review offended you guys but that is the point of a review. To be honest. The club itself is falling down. For the person who says you are getting all dressed up in your shorts and flip flops....well, you just agreed with me. That is trashy apperal for a night club. I stand by my rating! And no thank you. I will not name myself bc I don't want people like YOU sending me ugly and mean emails. This was meant as an honest review. Take it as such.

My husband and I started going to AM a few times before moving to Texas from Oklahoma. We have met many great people and have had a great time with theme nights and special parties. There are some that don't mingle but there are plenty of others that do. If someone is not talking to you it may not be because they are stuck up, it could be that they may be shy or maybe having an off night. The staff is great and they work their butts off. If you cannot find one it is because they are taking care of another customer. You are not the only one in the club so patiently wait and you will be taken care of. If you don't want to wait then you have 2 legs, go to the bar and get it yourself. I also would recommend that if you do get passed over by the waitresses several times there may very well be a good reason...If could be you! If you are not friendly, do not tip, and are demanding chances are you will be last on the priority list. They take great care of those that take care of them. This is after all their job. The owner is great and is constantly walking around and easy to be found. He mingles with everyone and if you don't know him he would be happy to meet you. His girlfriend is also very approachable and will go out of her way to help you if she can. The place is older and could use some updates but I would take this club over the more upscale ones any day. We don't go for the appearance on the inside, we go to see people we know and meet new people. There are some more upscale places you can go to but they come with their own set of problems like being a fake stuck up snobbish place that lets anyone and everyone in after 2. We have been to another one that was very nice on the inside but we did not feel comfortable or welcome. Even our first time we were treated as if we were nothing but $$ and once you paid you were forgot about. AM is like a cheers bar, everyone is friendly (minus the few that aren't getting their way and wanna cause drama) and outgoing. The waitresses will do their best to introduce a new couple to the usual crowd so they can be included. The promoter and his wife are the life of the club and all you have to do is swing by their table and you will feel completely at home and welcomed (as long as you do not act like a Diva expecting to be the only one getting attention). We have gone almost every Saturday night since we have moved to Texas and will continue to go until the place closes down. There is no pressure, no expectations, and you can go as a married female and not worry about guys hitting on you and making comments that are out of line. If someone is out of line speak with the owner, promoter, or the security and it is taken care of immediately. The owner is very selective in whom he lets in as far as single guys and they must abide by the rules or they will no longer be welcome. As with any club you go to you will have those that are snobby, those that are trashy, or those that are annoying but all you have to do is move away from those people and not associate with them, it is as simple as that. For those of you that posted negative comments I can imagine why: either you expected something you did not get, got rejected and got your feelings hurt, or did not get pampered as you felt you should be therefore you automatically do not like this place. If you did get rejected or a hook up didn't happen that you expected do not blame it on the club. Take a look in the mirror and realize that is very well could be YOU! There are couples with all kinds of personalities, preferences and choices so you are not limited to one specific choice. We and several we know go for the conversation, to play pool, participate in the theme parties, and just socialize. Not everyone that goes to a lifestyle club is there for a hook up. Best advice, don't go expecting anything except to have a good time and meet great people and enjoy an adult night out. Saturday nights is my husband and I one night a week out and 99% of the time AM is the place we choose to go. The difference between me and the ones that posted bad reviews, I have the guts to post my name: Mandy B (the one always body painted). If you are gonna leave a bad review then have the courage to leave your name too. Cowards hide behind the computer with anonymity.

We attend this club fairly regularly and I'm disappointed that some arrogant people would describe me as trashy. I like going to AM because I can dress a little trashy, a way which isnt the norm for me, I think a lot of people like the non judgmental atmosphere where you can let loose and have fun without worrying about ignorance and bias. I guess when I go this weekend I will break out my daisy dukes and flipflops and do it up right!

I've read some of the reviews, and it seems that the negative ones have an axe to grind a lil' bit...or an attitude issue. After Midnight is NOT a Frou Frou "look at me!" swinger's club. It is NOT where you go to keep up with the Joneses or compare bank accounts or cars. There are plenty of DFW clubs for that...After Midnight is where you go to have FUN, make REAL friends, and ENJOY the lifestyle. Like any club, the party is what you make it...if your night was ruined because the furniture isn't modern, or they played some music you didn't like, then the issue is YOU, not the club...If your idea of a good time is over-priced ice, soul-less techno, and plastic people...well there are plenty of other places for you to go. ENJOY! But if you like making real friends, and having a VARIETY of music and themes, After Midnight is your place...whether it's just swinging, or poker, pool, karaoke, or even watching local sports, After Midnight has something for everyone..and WE always have a good time ;)~

We've been to this club on a few different occasions in hopes of the next time being better than the last, but to no avail. We've been on theme party nights and non-theme party nights. It's almost like every weekend is the "White Trash Bash" weekend. The dress code mentioned on the website is, I guess, there for show as it isn't enforced. The place is dirty and run down. The ceiling in the ladies room looks like it's about to cave in, we have found management to be rude and snotty, waitresses to be no where around, the crowd is very clickish so good luck meeting anyone, and the decor and furniture very dated. If you plan to go, go with friends and make it a night of hitting up the "hole-in-the-wall" kinda place. If you go in with low expectations, you won't be too disappointed. Oh, and the music isn't good. Once the DJ finally has a dance floor full of people dancing, he changes up the music to where most everyone leaves the floor.

we have been there a lot and each time we go we have a blast. cool down to earth people nice playful atomosphere and management is great and inviting. we encourage every one to go and try it out especially on the 3rd friday of the month when the grown and sexy crew throw parties there it is never a dull moment hope to see ya'll there we are there every friday and saturday

Title: "fun gone bad" Is Soo Right!

The Club has gone down! When we started going a little over two years ago, food was being served,{chips, dip, relish tray}, the owner{s} would walk around the club and greet everyone, and at Midnight their was a Toast given by the wife/owner {at that time}, now the Midnight hour comes and goes without any celebration, waitresses come and go as if the club was a plague, The DJ does not know how to keep his mouth shout during a song! Don't make a song request and expect to hear it in its entirety without the DJ announcing birthdays, promotions, and future parties!!!! Hello,dude shut up!! And we wont even talk about the 2009/2010 New Years Eve Party!! $125 got you NO Food, No Drink, ooh my bad, A champagne toast! And the After party was a joke!!! Enough said!

I don't know what happen with the people posting "fun gone bad," but it is simply not true. My wife and I have attended about 49 Saturdays a year for each of the past 5 years at this club and only observed 1 small fight and the owner wasn't involved. Great place and most Saturday nights have between 20 to 60 couples. Attendance is usually dictated by local events, holidays and weather.

We have been to this club several times and have never had a good time. In fact the most couples we have ever seen in the club is about 10 so it is hard to find people to mingle with when there is not enough people there.

Title: Fun Gone Bad

We use to be hardcore suporters of this club, however we found owner/managment to be dishonest, unfriendly and self serving.

Since we stopped going to the club we have heard about its continued down hill spiralto the point of even mngmnt being involed in drunken brawls.

Go at your own risk......
We will not step foot in this club ever again!!!

Title: "Cheers of the swingers world"

How else can you put it, this club is the "Cheers" of the swingers world. All types can be found there, the atmosphere is totally laid back and relaxed. Every time we go there, there are people we know and, we are always meeting new people there, everyone seems very approachable. It may not be the fanciest place out there but the atmosphere more then makes up for that. We do have a membership and will continue to. If you have never been to a swingers club before this is a great one to start out at.
We'll see you there.

Title: it's great

We have been going to AfterMidnight for a few years off and on, we would love to go more but it is about 50 miles from where we live and to stay in a hotel is kind of expensive, and driving 50 miles and only having a few drinks is way too far. The club is the most fun and exciting club we have ever been to, Everyone is very nice and fun to be around. I have noticed a lot of the former members are no longer there and it seems a whole new crowd is now there. Lorena the hostess (and maybe part owner??) has not been there very much and I wish she would start being there more, she is a wonderful person and the club needs the womens touch!
If you are thinking of going to a fun and sexy, and no pressure swinger bar, THIS IS IT!!!! Hope to see more of you in the future!!!

Title: So Much for that...

We loved this club as newbies and all and the staff seems so great! We bought into the diamond membership... but only made a few acquaintences and no real conections... Being that the women called all the shots and my hubby is the outgoing one, I'd hoped that others would have reached out more to us.

Then the owners seemed to lose focus and personal things affect the club atmosphere...

They really dropped the ball and started becoming too unproffessional for us to continue going...

We stopped going 4 months before our 1 yr. Diamond Membership expired and haven't returned.

We've stayed away from clubs in the area in the past primarily because we felt they had their own groups and we would go largely unoticed.

Friends of ours invited us to After Midnight one evening a few weeks back. We had a blast! From the people at the door to the club goers - relaxing and entertaining

Not all flashy and fancy, more like a local pool bar with a twist.

People are friendly and you can find some hot couples most of the time. They do fun games, we liked how laid back and relaxed we felt. We felt among friends the very first time. And back then we were really new to swinging.
Linda enjoyed the light box, she has always loved to perform inside it. I loved my "love" that I met for that night. Grapes and breasts are an awesome combination.
Totally recommended. The only reason we don't go anymore is because it is so far from us and we prefer on premises. But we will stop by sometime soon.

Title: Fun but not fancy

My wife and I have attended several times and have always had a great time. The Mgt. has always been courteous and the staff wonderful. This is NOT a fancy, snooty place, but rather a fun party atmosphere. It feels like a mix of college frat party, neighborhood pub but only the people there get naked.The crowd is mixed...pretty, ugly, young, middle aged, older(MILFS), toned, fat,and everything inbetween. A FUN place for a change of pace. If you think you are ABOVE everyone else and want to hang out with that type of crowd, then this IS NOT the club for you. We highly recommend this club.

There are definitely fancier and more upscale places in DFW that cater to the "beautiful crowd". And they are fun places to go to. What makes After Midnight very unique is the laid back and friendly atmosphere. It is a mix of ages, sizes and looks. You definitely have your "pretty people" and you also have your "not so pretty people". The surrroundings are definitely not as fancy and plush as other clubs in the area. However, the owners cater to you and your needs and make sure you are happy and comfortable. They genuinely appreciate your business and want to make sure you are having a good time, so you will come back. If you are new, they will go out of their way to introduce you to people and make sure you aren't just sitting by yourselves. It is like the "Cheers" of the DFW lifestyle clubs. We enjoy several clubs in the area, we don't limit ourselves to just one. We don't buy into that "only loyal to one club" mentality. And the nights we want to kick back, relax and have a great time with a genuinely fun group of people, we head to After Midnight. The crowd depends on the night. Sometimes it is packed with hotties, sometimes it is slower and a less beautiful crowd. Any night, you will have fun, though.

My wife and I attended AM on 1/5/08 and loved it. We had been to a few other clubs in the area but hadn't found a place where we felt comfortable, until now! Purchased a year membership that night :-) Love the atmosphere.

My wife and I have been going to the AM for several months and have tried other places around DFW but we always end up at the AM. It's simply hands down, or hands on...uhhum...the best. 3 poles, great staff and excellent people. Come on out and join us anytime.

We have gone to this club a few times and still enjoy going back. The owners are very nice and will help you out as much as possiable. The staff are always willing to help when needed. They have upgraded since we were first there, for the better. The customers are friendly and wecome newbies with ease. Would love to meet you there. Come on out on Wed. Fri. or Sat.

Comments: A friend of mine convinced me to go and I'm glad I did. AM has a good looking, friendly crowd, with an excellent sound system. Most folks were in their 30s. The staff is very warm and helpful.

We have gone to this club once so far, and can't wait to go again. This is one of the best clubs that we have been to. Everybody there is down to earth, a "what you see is what you get" group. No head games, no pressure. NO YUPPIES !! Love the pool tables, such a great touch. VERY friendly and helpful staff, always around the table when you need them. Dj is very approchable for requests and will get as close as he can if he doesn't have the exact song your wanting. This is a great night out, to meet new friends and get together with old friends. Would highly recommend this club to any swingers, from new to the scene to "been there, done that". Like I said before, can't wait to go back.

Title: CAN YOU SAY FUN?

I have been to this club three times now and have had a total blast every time. The staff is super friendly and the music is great.

I would have to say that the age of the customers is around 25-45 and everyone is really friendly.

If you have not tried this club - you are missing out.
